
Trip Terms & Conditions
(Cancellation & Change Policy)
This document contains important information regarding travel contracts concluded between you and Pandaland Trip, including China sightseeing tours.Please read this document carefully before making a reservation.
1. Travel Organizer and Contract Formation
The travel services described herein are China sightseeing tours organized by Pandaland Trip.By participating in a tour, the customer enters into a travel contract directly with Pandaland Trip.
2. Scope of Travel Services
Pandaland Trip undertakes to arrange and manage the itinerary so that customers may receive transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related services (hereinafter referred to as “Travel Services”) provided by transportation carriers, accommodation providers, and other service suppliers, in accordance with the itinerary specified by the Company.
3. Governing Documents of the Travel Contract
The content and conditions of the travel contract shall be governed by the following documents, which together form an integral part of the agreement:
• Information published on the Company’s website and communications sent via email (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website, etc.”)
• These Travel Terms & Conditions
• The Final Travel Arrangement Confirmation provided prior to departure
• The Company’s official Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Travel Contract)
1. Travel Application, Contract Execution, and Contract Formation
1. Pandaland Trip (Registration No.: L-HEB-111385) accepts travel reservation applications via communication methods such as email or telephone.
2. Upon receiving a reservation request, Pandaland Trip will respond and confirm the reservation details via email or telephone.
3. In accordance with the invoice email issued by Pandaland Trip, the customer is required to pay the deposit (amount varies depending on the travel arrangement) or the full travel price by the specified deadline.
The travel contract shall be deemed concluded at the moment the deposit or full travel price is received by Pandaland Trip.
4. To proceed with a booking, customers must complete the Company’s designated Travel Application Form and pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total travel price.
The deposit may be applied, in whole or in part, toward the total travel price, cancellation fees, or penalty charges, as applicable.
2. Payment of Travel Price
The remaining balance of the travel price, after deducting the deposit, must be paid no later than 15 days prior to departure, using one of the payment methods designated by Pandaland Trip.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.
3. Items Included in the Travel Price
The travel price includes the following items as specified in the Itinerary (Travel Confirmation):
• Transportation fares for airlines, ships, trains, buses, and other transportation services listed in the itinerary
• Accommodation charges, including applicable taxes and service fees, based on double occupancy (two persons per room)
• Meal expenses listed in the itinerary, including taxes and service charges
• Sightseeing and admission fees for attractions listed in the itinerary
• Guiding services and assistance for sightseeing and transfers as specified in the itinerary
4. Items Not Included in the Travel Price
The following items are not included in the travel price:
• Expenses incurred during periods of free time, where costs are stated as being borne by the customer
• Excess baggage fees exceeding the prescribed weight, size, or quantity limits
• Personal expenses of a private nature, such as laundry, telegrams, telephone charges, and additional food or beverages
• Fees for optional tours or excursions offered at an additional cost
• Medical expenses related to injury or illness
5. Changes to the Travel Contract
In the event of circumstances beyond the Company’s control—such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, orders issued by governmental or public authorities, or suspension of travel services by transportation or accommodation providers—Pandaland Trip may, in order to ensure the safe and smooth execution of the trip, make changes to the itinerary, travel services, or other aspects of the travel contract.
6. Changes to the Travel Price
1. If transportation fares or charges imposed by transportation providers are significantly revised beyond normally anticipated levels due to major economic changes or other circumstances, the travel price may be adjusted by the amount of the fare difference.
2. If changes to the travel content result in a reduction of costs required to operate the trip, Pandaland Trip shall adjust the travel price by the corresponding difference.
7. Cancellation / Change Policy
If a reservation is cancelled or modified due to the customer’s own circumstances, the applicable cancellation or change fees specified below will apply.

Notes:
1. The cancellation / change date shall be calculated by counting backward from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the trip start date.
2. The visa application service fee is included in the deposit, and no additional charge is required.
However, once the visa application process has been initiated or confirmed, any cancellation or change will result in the visa service fee being deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Fees for air ticket arrangement services are charged separately.
In the event of cancellation or changes, the air ticket handling service fee is non-refundable.

8. Itinerary Management
Pandaland Trip shall perform the following duties in order to ensure the safe and smooth execution of the trip for the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon through special contractual arrangements:
1. If it is determined that the customer may be unable to receive the contracted travel services during the trip, Pandaland Trip shall take all necessary measures to ensure that the customer can receive the travel services in accordance with the contract.
2. If, despite taking such measures, it becomes unavoidable to modify the contract, Pandaland Trip shall arrange alternative services.
In such cases, if changes to the itinerary are required, Pandaland Trip shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the revised itinerary remains consistent with the original intent of the trip, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
9. Protection of Personal Information
When applying for a trip to China, any information provided by the customer through Pandaland Trip’s online systems—including address, name, passport number, email address, and other personal details—shall be treated as personal information.
Pandaland Trip is committed to the proper management and protection of all personal information and will take every reasonable measure to safeguard customer data.
10. Our Responsibilities
Pandaland Trip shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the safe and smooth execution of the trip for the customer by performing the duties outlined below.
If it is determined that the customer may be unable to receive the contracted travel services during the trip, Pandaland Trip shall take necessary measures to ensure that the customer receives the travel services in accordance with the travel contract.
If, in the performance of the travel contract, the customer suffers damages due to Pandaland Trip’s willful misconduct or negligence, Pandaland Trip shall compensate the customer for such damages.
However, Pandaland Trip shall not be liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Transportation and Third-Party Service Providers
All tickets for transportation and other services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the respective transportation carriers, accommodation providers, or service suppliers, which customers are deemed to have accepted.
Accordingly, Pandaland Trip shall not be responsible for theft, loss, injury, accidents, food poisoning, delays, schedule changes, hotel overbooking, or any damages arising therefrom.
(2) Airline Tickets
Airline tickets are issued based on a direct contract between the airline and the customer participating in the tour.
Customers are deemed to have accepted the airline’s conditions of carriage upon ticket issuance.
(3) Flight Cancellations and Delays
Pandaland Trip, as well as any travel agency or tour operator involved in arranging the trip, shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from flight cancellations or delays caused by airlines.
(4) Discretion to Shorten or Cancel a Trip
Pandaland Trip reserves the right, based on reasonable judgment, to shorten or cancel a trip if war, hostile acts, accidents, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control are anticipated.
(5) Refunds in Case of Cancellation or Shortening
In the event that a trip is cancelled or shortened due to the circumstances described above, Pandaland Trip shall notify the customer and either:
• Refund the travel fees already paid, or
• If the trip has already commenced, settle and refund the balance after deducting the cost of services already provided.
Beyond such refunds, Pandaland Trip shall bear no further liability or obligation.
(6) Train Seat and Sleeper Class
When traveling by train, soft seats are generally arranged; for overnight train travel, soft sleeper berths (four-berth compartments) are planned whenever possible.
However, depending on availability, hard seats or hard sleeper berths may be used.
In such cases, Pandaland Trip shall refund the price difference to the customer.
10. Our Responsibilities
When applying for a trip to China, any information provided by the customer through Pandaland Trip’s online systems—including address, name, passport number, email address, and other personal details—shall be treated as personal information.
Pandaland Trip is committed to the proper management and protection of all personal information and will take every reasonable measure to safeguard customer data.
11. Compliance with Laws and Local Customs
During the tour, travelers are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as respect local customs, traditions, and public order. The Company shall not be held responsible for any troubles, losses, penalties, or damages arising from violations of such laws, regulations, or customs. Thank you for your understanding.
